Psychological Services

Taking the first step to seek psychological help may be difficult for some people. Regardless of the reasons, it will be a pleasure for me to discuss it with you. I offer a range of psychological services for adults, adolescents, and families.

I am a registered Clinical Psychologist and I work with a broad spectrum of diagnoses. I follow a relaxed relational approach, and I work in collaboration with each individual or family system.

Individual psychotherapy

I have a special interest in hypnotherapy and compassion-focused interventions. Depending on your needs and the nature of the difficulty that you may  have, I may also use interventions from a cognitive, behavioural or psychodynamic perspective. Therapeutic work may be quite focused for a short to medium term treatment, and you may decide if a longer period of ongoing work may be meaningful to you.

Parental guidance

I offer guidance and supportive interventions to parents and assist them to understand and manage their children’s problematic behaviour, including implementing effective discipline and communication strategies.

Psychological assessment

A psychological assessment uses specific tests and methods to provide more information about cognitive, emotional, and personality functioning. Psychological assessments are often used to assist with making a diagnosis, or to help gain insight for treatment and management.

Psycho-legal services

I offer psycholegal consultation and evaluation services related to child and family matters, including care and contact disputes.
